      Pros

      There is very good work environment and people are so friendly. You will learn a lot for sure. You will work on real critical projects.

      Cons

      The work life balance is slightly disturbing. The salary is less compared to the job you are doing. But overall if you are interested in analog/RF it totally worth the pain.

      Great place to work if you are not white or old

      Pros

      Lots of interesting work, good pay and opportunity.

      Cons

      They seem to have gone on the age and race discrimination band wagon. If you are Asian and young you will fit in. Old white guys need not apply if you are young this might be the place for you

      Senior Staff Engineer

      Pros

      Good technology, good products, good roadmap. Top management has been making right decisions

      Cons

      Terrible, authoritarian style company culture. Everything is top down, very stiff w/o much freedom or flexibility at bottom. Most staying employees don't feel happy about the culture but they choose to tolerate it for various reasons. Very high turn over ratio for former Entropic employees (acquired in 2015). It's ridiculous for such a high tech company to keep reinforcing working hours!
