Pros
- Great people and friendly culture. - Management especially at the Camas site is great. - Flexible work environment that allows employees to find what they're best at and will push them to grow and improve. - It's an international company with branches all over the world which could lead to good opportunities for travel and working with a large variety of teams. - Management overall works really hard to treat the employees right and look after them. - Management is good at recognizing people with skill and passion and will work with you to enable you to be successful. - The company has its niche and their products present interesting problems to solve that will really only be found here. - Having many sub companies under the Maxcess title allows a lot of cross pollination and collaboration between products and sites.
Cons
- The company has been around for a while so you run into people that can seem stuck in their ways and resit change but this has been getting a lot better in the last couple of years. - Being an international and multisite company can also have its cons. All the sites are interdependent so if one is struggling this has an affect on everyone. - There is a lot of built up knowledge that exists largely within the employees which can make the learning curve for new employees really steep.
