      Many long time employees. 20+ years is a normal tenure for many employees.

      Stuck in the past, executive leadership talks a great game, but actions don't match.

      Pros

      Everyone that I worked with worked hard and had positive attitudes. Had a good work life balance and fun in and out of work.

      Cons

      Some of the people at corporate were self serving and worked hard to maintain silos. Good people left because they couldn't work with the bullies.

      Pros

      The best part of Maxcess is its employees. They are willing to train newcomers and assist wherever needed without being asked. Many have tenures well beyond 20 years. Dedication to a job well done and a pride in the products produced is evident throughout all areas of the company. Compensation and benefits are comparable to similar industries in the region.

      Cons

      Change, even when it is good, is difficult. The realignment of the company has many wondering if their position will be eliminated.
