      Very professional atmosphere and longevity of employment is very prevalent. Room for advancement if you work in the shop.

      Benefits are just average. In fact they seem proud of this.

      The best part of Maxcess is its employees. They are willing to train newcomers and assist wherever needed without being asked. Many have tenures well beyond 20 years. Dedication to a job well done and a pride in the products produced is evident throughout all areas of the company. Compensation and benefits are comparable to similar industries in the region.

      Cons

      Change, even when it is good, is difficult. The realignment of the company has many wondering if their position will be eliminated.
