      Pros

      - Remote work - Fantastic and understanding team members and supervisor - Lot's of freedom taking time off - Fun and interesting projects. Ability to grow and potentially lead a project each SBIR cycle

      Cons

      - The company is a government contractor, which means security can be a little restrictive. But overall, not a huge hinderance

      Pros

      Room for rapid advancement within the company. Interned here while pursuing a masters before getting hired full-time. In the 2 years I have worked here I have already moved to a supervisor position, and am a Principal Investigator on a new project. Project leads are all very knowledgable and understanding, projects are run more as a collaboration than an assignment. Comfortable and friendly work atmosphere makes it very pleasant to work here.

      Starting salaries/PTO aren't competitive with major companies like apple or google
