they blackmail based on the terms and conditions. feel bad about the processing. they will not respond on timely manner.

You get salary on time. I don't think there is any other benefit of joining Maxima Consulting.

Cons

HR and Visa department stops (Literally Stops) responding to any of your questions or concerns you have about. The same people will respond to you very quick when you are joining. But once you are in the org, they will not at all respond to you. If you have any other option, join that as preference other this company.
