Management lacks skills to manage, they show favoritism. They do not possess any people skills

They have a point system as far as attendance goes. They literally clock your moves and are all over your adherance. During open enrollment they have blocked days basically dictate what days you are not allowed to miss or take off even if you have the pto it will not be approved. If you miss any time during those blocked days you will pay heavy on there point system. The job itself is very stressful and company moral is low.
