Pros
Only requirements I needed were to have a general understanding of computers. This was my first desk/office job, Working with Maximus has truly been a life-shaping experience. I’ve grown professionally, personally, and emotionally in ways I never anticipated. This position has challenged me, empowered me, and strengthened my confidence. The knowledge and experience I have gained, makes me so grateful for this company.
Cons
Errors are fairly easy to get especially if you work many projects. Never received a pay raise, and continuously went above and beyond for all my consumers. However, raises are not promised, so this isn't really a con if you're aware of that. There seems to be a lack of consistency when it comes to any work instructions that aren't documented in PANVIVA. These inconsistencies lead to further mistakes and/or errors. You may only receive quarterly bonuses with a very high accuracy rate, very good attendance/little to no tardiness, (Above expectations rating).
