      Answered inbound calls for the Healthcare Marketplace. Maximus lost their contract with the client.

      Pros

      A source of income. Allowed overtime. Ability to educate and assist Marketplace customer choose the right healthcare plans for their family or themselves.

      Cons

      Understood the security measures taken, but too many corporate policies, procedures and over-training appeared to keep stability for someone else's position, it was overkill to the point where it made many of the CSRs miserable.
