Company offers the ability to learn other positions and provide ample room or bandwidth to grow and cultivate a great working package. Also, depending on the project you work with, gives others the ability to have mentors and coaches to help increase base knowledge.
Cons
We are a project based company, so if you want to grow you have to be to or have the mindset of being able to move about the country. We have several projects and sometimes growth or personal gowth may mean that you have to pack up and leave when you really don't want to .
