Pros
It's just okay. Some of the people are really great, and others, not so much.
Cons
There is a lot of drama around here and no one tries to do anything about it. Management and supervisors are incompetent and never use any logic. Training is an even bigger joke around here. The trainers will say the opposite of what the supervisor tells you to do on the floor. This company does not care for their employees. Yearly raise for being an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond is .20. Yay thanks. Overall, I cannot to wait to find a new job.
