      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth. Generous salary and bonuses, the hard work you put in definitely pays off.

      Cons

      The management and HR are very hard to work with. The supervisors are glorified babysitters who abuse their power. If you find you get a good supervisor consider yourself extremely lucky. The training does not prepare you for the work you do. If you are quick at learning from experience you will excel, but it is difficult to keep up with changes with poor management.

      One thing about the this company they will let you adjust your work schedule so you can go back to school or if you need to pick up your child from daycare

      Cons

      Maximus is a company if you are not in a clique with the management staff you will never get promoted and if you report a manager or supervisor to their superior you will get black ball this is when they consider you as being a trouble maker. This is a no union company so they can treat you anyway they want to
