      ROADS Team IT Technician

      Pros

      You always will have something to do - constant OT was available in my area of IT

      Cons

      not organized at all - you are held accountable for things they never told you were your responsibility. Lack of management from the TOP down - they seem to have taken on more than they could chew. They should unit all Field Technicians - no more ROADS and no more Maximus IT people - unit these groups together - be careful when looking into this company

      Pros

      Management is amazing and friendly. The staff are super friendly and it was great having good co-workers and supervisors who were humanly possible to work with. The job is easy to, once you get the hang of it!

      Cons

      Too much of the same routine. After a year of working there, I was starting to get really weary of going to work because it is just so boring. Very little opportunity for advancement. Need to be of Spanish descent to make it in to the Call Center Lead position, supervisor, or anything else that is not CSR. Worst of all, there is no acknowledgment for your hard work. If you do not like the same thing over and over again, this is not the place for you. If you have a short temper, not the place for you either. Pay is not much either. I got a 0.05 raise for my annual evaluation! Not even enough to make a difference.

      Pros

      Work with county so you get all county holidays plus project holidays off - & paid! A great work experience to have in your resume. Occasional Unit lunches. A little above minimum wage (if in administration position).

      Cons

      Management is not great and there is some favoritism going on. Not much room for growth.
