      Free Medical Insurance. Read scripts to the customers.

      Cons

      Too many employees. Crowd elevators. Seen co-workers have anxiety attacks. Was told they had a 3 yr contract and was laid off in 6 months. They were one of the contractors for the Affordable Care Act.

      Poor supervisor, poor team lead. Thinking about working here......run as fast as you can in the opposite direction - AWAY. Not sure if its legal in labor laws, but it sure is unpleasant and insenitive to have employees who are working their last 90 days after being laid off while the organization is transferring in and training other employees to do the job.
