Pros

Not many pros to work in the call center. Hours of operation and holidays off are nice.

Cons

compensation supervisor and quality team lack constructive feed back. No expectation of when an employee will move from the temporary status to full time with company. when asking for assistance a rep is talked down too.

Everything about my job suck

Pros

Not so much what I do it's what I get paid to do it, I work for the marketplace we do all the processing for Medicaid, APTC Child Health Plus, every health plan call us for their issues. They do not pay us our overtime properly we get pay semi monthly and not enough they don't give raise at all.
