      Pros

      Good Training, Great Benefits, Local Job, Good Team Work.

      Cons

      Leadership need not to criticize as much, and utilize as much of the training tips once Agent are on the floor as they are taught in the Training room.

      Pros

      The only good thing about the job was that I got a paycheck. Period.

      Cons

      Company engages in age discrimination. The majority of the managers are under 40. They treat CSRs like garbage. Management treats people like dirt. You have to be a favorite to get the plum assignments and promotions. They have people on the floor who do absolutely nothing but shmooze with the supervisor, get paid more money answer less calls and others like me who took maximum calls and was treated like dirt. i suspect it was because I was not young.
