      Pros

      They do a lot to show they care about us as people and staff retention seems to be a big thing. Work/life balance is good and I get on with my colleagues.

      Cons

      Mainly targets, sometimes it can feel out of your control due to the tools you have to work with and even though management can be understanding you sometimes worry what their own management thinks as they maybe don't get the full picture without the personal relationship.

      Excellent support from the teams and managers that work for Maximus. Progression opportunities in the company and training provided. Benefits included such as Medicash for support with health. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      More support around self employed individuals.

      Pros

      An organisation with a great work life balance. There is some flexibility for Employment Advisers to work from home one day per week despite the position being to deliver a face-to-face service. Our targets are to support members of the local community into sustainable employment which is both challenging and rewarding in equal measure, two factors I believe make a good job. The office is filled with caring and supportive staff, dedicated to helping others. We even celebrate our involvement in the community by two volunteer days each year that would have otherwise been spent in the office.

      Cons

      I would like the benefits window to be open for longer than a month.
