Towards the end of my time there, myself and a number of coworkers started to get less and less work to do. We started to feel like we were just filling seats. We would offer to help other coworkers who had too much work and were told we couldn't help. Things became very different, very quickly, and very cliquey.

I could write a book. Everyone that works here is afraid of losing their jobs because it is a company that is profit driven. Nothing matters others than the bottom line. This company is ruled by fear. There are managers but they are just managers, not leaders. If the client knew what was really happening I can guarantee they would not do business with Maximus Canada in the future.
