      Pros

      It is really easy to get a job because the interview is a joke. If you are good at as# kissing, you have a chance to make a career at Maximus.

      Cons

      There is an insidious snitch culture at Maximus which serves to cull the quality people from the company, leaving only the incompetent management, supervisors, trainers and human capital. Any and every person with any leadership ability has either quit or been terminated. Bomb threats happen so often that the company no longer responds to them.

      Pros

      Learn where our taxpayer money goes to most that do not deserve benefits in Texas, and how to cheat the system to get benefits.

      Cons

      You start as a contractor and promised full time with the company after 3 months, however that is not the case.What friends you make, you lose because management sticks their nose into everything.
