pay, benefits, nice building, security

Cons

poor management, T-Mobile closed and they have so many of the poor leaders they had before. Training manager, operations managers, supervisors. gossip right and left, favortisim. It's who you know instead of really looking at true talent. The whole leadership team needs to be replaced

Pros

You get a paycheck twice a month.

Cons

People placed in management positions are selfish and have no people skills. They lie and cheat when they make mistakes and blame it on other people. There are no reviews and no organization. Management is just greedy. They only care about themselves. Do not come here if you have any other options! None of the staff likes it here. All promotions are political.

Management takes its motto seriously, and takes pride in helping the government serve its people. And, wants to continuously keep improving the level of service. It's in a growth trajectory, and hence have lots of room for career advancement.

Cons

Has room for implementing mature processes, rewarding high performers, sharing best practices and developing shared services to support most or all projects.
