Great place to grow and fine tune your skills. If you have a degree they will give you freedom to expand your knowledge.

Cons

Pay is shockingly low. If you are promoted within the company you can expect to be paid roughly 15-20K below national or local average for positions requiring a bachelor’s degree.

Room for advancement if you are willing to change career paths or relocate. Maximus works in so many different areas of government, social work, health care, etc.

Cons

It doesn't seem like there is any cohesion at the corporate level. There are so many different things going on it is easy to get lost in the hustle.
