I work in the ESD division (Employment, Skills and Disability) in the UK It is a great purpose driven organisation who values their staff and genuinely sets out to make a difference to those disadvantaged in society. Staff satisfaction rates are consistently good even in the depths of a pandemic and the business continues to look for ways to make the teams feel valued. Customer feedback is consistently high with people feeling the service has a good impact. Having worked in the sector for over 10 years for 4 welfare to work organisations I cannot recommend the business enough and would encourage more people to consider joining us and help make a difference to our societies.
