Good Paid Time Off program. Good supervisors. They listed to you and ask for your opinion to improve current processes.

Cons

The callers were sometimes disrespectful. Besides, the job is monotonous and it gets a little boring after a few months.

State projects at MAXIMUS observe both federal and state holidays. Locations spread across the country. A good environment for those who thrive on "under pressure" situations.

Cons

Management is disorganized and micro-manages every project. More time is spent preparing status than getting work done. The company operates with little to no knowledge sharing, everyone is constantly re-inventing the wheel. Company focus is on profitability, not employee well being, happiness at work, or professional improvement. No career advancement opportunity. Under-qualified individuals often get hired with lower salaries to fill positions for "less."
