The training isn't half as stressful as when you actually are on the floor taking calls and being recorded and rated every month. If you do not get enough points you will not last there. That's if you can enjoy having to clock-out for every time you step away from your cubicle. Whether it's to use the restroom, grab some tea or go talk to your supervisor. Which is to me and other past co-workers is the most controlling environment we have been in.

Management is a joke. Starting with the Sr. Manager who is the epitome of a bad manager. Only looking after her own interests and anyone who is within the ever rotating inner circle. Poor judgement and inappropriate in every level, she bleeds her blundering improper management skills to those that unfortunately report under her. Most of the operation managers, all whom only have a high school diploma are inept and incompetent. Save yourself the time, you will better off working at a fast food place and way happier. Looking to move up? Be ready to put your nose right in there...otherwise don't count on it. They are only looking for "YES" people and no self standing thinking.
