The pay you see in the Job description includes your annual bonus; do not expect it to be separate. Maximus itself is a contracting firm for the Federal Government. They hired as an auxiliary employee but don't provide any shifts. Shorten shift timings during your time during your working hours. They simply use a person for their need but don't give anything in return.
