      Work from home No outbound calls

      Cons

      They micro manage your time to the second and constantly breathe down your neck. I needed a couple extra short restroom breaks a day for health reasons and despite keeping them within company policy timeframes they decided to consider them a 'pattern of non compliance'. I also had doctor exemptions filed with HR for it but it didn't matter to them. Pay is not competitive at all.

      Pros

      Working at home seemed ok, until I started working on my own time.

      Cons

      You definitely need a better IT department. Your incompetency in this area was 1 reason for leaving. Not understanding why other browsers are on a secure website? You definitely don't deserve government contracts. #2 Supervisor roles- lets just say if you don't have a supervisor that actually explains things, what does the rest of the team look like? You expect to continue to obtain other contracts? Yelling in chat +40 font doesn't resolve anything. Not only that but hire a supervisor that doesn't downgrade other team members to you, unprofessional. If the state only knew.

      Great Company if you like to work "projects"

      Pros

      Many positions are REMOTE if that is what you prefer. The hourly compensation is fair to good. You can gain other skills by working a wide range of different projects. Ex. for 3 months you will be helping the CDC answering calls concerning COVID-19 vaccinations then the next few months after can be working Unemployment Claims.

      Cons

      Sometime when projects are being worked for the first time is feels like the blind leading the blind.
