Pros

Nothing really that I can think of

Cons

Unethical business practices which ultimately lead to 2 layoffs in only 4.5 years. Not a very competent management team and immoral conduct. They are currently in the process of being reported to the better business bureau

Pros

-Easy to get hired. -The job itself isn't hard. -(Some) of your immediate management is alright, depending on who you get assigned to.

Cons

-Because it is so easy to get hired, you work with a lot of ghetto trash, including management. Stuff gets stolen, cars get trashed, fights break out. Maybe I should put this is pros, but because they don't test and since half the inner city works there, uppers and downers are easy to come by if you want them. -Parking is non-existent. If you work anything but the 8-4:30 shift, expect to park about a quarter mile away from the building. The parkinglot isn't lit up at night in some areas either, so bring a flashlight. -(Some) of your immediate management actively practice cronyism, helping some people and sabotaging others, uneven rule enforcement, promotions spoon fed to inept workers who brown nose. -Draconian attendance policy that is set up to get you fired. -The company itself is both inept and malevolent towards its employees, and how it is keeping its contracts is a mystery. -In Rochester, all the promotions went out at the start, don't expect any of the promised "upward mobility" or overtime they sell you. -Getting time off is basically impossible, they expect you to ONLY take time off IF you have PTO, but they only give you seven days a YEAR, INCLUDING sick time. Oh, and it's accumulated, so you get about half a day each month. Good luck taking any time off. 0/5 for work life. They say during training, "We get it, life happens." Hahahaha. No they don't. No they don't. -The psychical environment is soul crushing. Gray walls, no windows, always about 10 degrees too warm and humid. You'd think it was a kitchen. -Doubling back to how easy it is to get hired, since they mass hire anyone, expect to spend most of your day hearing about how the last agent messed everything up. Because they did.

Pros

Decent salary Good client relationship of health care Very few pros to share due to too many negatives

Cons

Toxic management No formal training for supervisors Bad infrastructure Poor educational environment for adults Abusive policies that punish learners for failing a few quizzes Poor communication Too much bureaucracy Deliberate lies to applicants in order to make job offers Intentional deceptions in recruiting process Lousy health insurance plans Bullies for classroom trainers Absolutely no reason for long-term careers here Emphasis on hiring inner-city minorities and uneducated candidates from temp agencies (a ghetto town) Too many hires with insufficient parking spaces
