      Its a job if you have bills to pay.

      Cons

      Management does not work with employees. The raises are a joke. Your bonuses are based on what management thinks about you. And I've never wven meet most of them.

      *You get most major holidays off. *The building is air conditioned *They provide health insurance *They promote internally if possible *Have not been attacked by endomorphs

      *Low pay *Not much upward mobility *The insurance is basically the cheapest thing they can legally offer *You had better kow-tow to executives or they have you out of there with a quickness *Executives have a sense of entitlement and haughtiness one would expect in the late fifties, as apposed to the modern age.
