Compensation was fair. The hours were fair.

Cons

Employees that should be hourly are paid salary to avoid overtime. There is no training or onboarding Performance expectations are vague and unrealistic Most of the workforce is temporary staffing that are treated very poorly

Cons

The company culture consists of extremely poor management, too much cronyism, favoritism, slavery and a QA group that is loaded with distrust and of back stabbers. The managers are not capable of anything and they are a good bunch of egoistic puppets who is powerless. The company's building is getting leased out due to huge loss because of poor decisions and employees are getting laid off. HR department is useless and won't take any action against people who have 100's of complaints against them. It is not a good place for professionals. Run....
