Felt some how lost track in between The teams have not been ramped-up even after several years of inception The product needs to achieve next levels of maturity (compared to what is in the market)

good company and lot of encouragement towards work and innovation. Management is cooperative and will consider your thoughts if those are value added. From quality perspective, so much importance provided to the quality of the deliverable and the process. so its process driven culture in the organization.

Cons

salary Hike needs to be increased during yearly performance reviews.
