Good people. Adjustable and flexible.

Cons

Very less benefits. Insurance coverage is very less and parents not included. During probation period no leave is allowed ( even if it is a sick leave) and if opted, will have to bear LOP for the day. Salary is also not up to the mark.

Zeeba (Recruitment Lead) reached me on LinkedIn for Sr. Recruiter opening & I joined MaxisIT in July 2020. I am going to complete 1 year and I found this company a great place to work. Team members are really supportive, the HR & Accounts team is always available to hear us and IT Team is really quick in resolving the tech issues. The company provides multiple tools that are needed in your work, Salary is on time, Work-life balance is there. Looking forward a great professional & financial growth at MaxisIT.
