Pros

Growth opportunities, trainings, great support staff and the students!

Cons

Had to fight to take a lunch break, constant gaslighting and manipulation from administration (who also love to play favorites). Work load is tremendous with little to no time to get it done during your day - overtime without pay is just expected from lead teachers and you're looked down upon if you value your own time. Staff constantly putting themselves in danger to work with the students and rather than giving any sort of positive feedback, they wait until you've done something wrong to reprimand you. My educational administrator used to sit in her office all day even when I was calling for her to help with a dangerous situation where we were under-staffed. Ridiculous and unprofessional place.
