Pros

most days were almost perfect knowing i made individuals , felted respected, cared for, felted safe, and put a laugh many laugh and smile on their faces.

Cons

I was a littlr distance to get to place of employment, and the pay was meager

Pros

good benefits package decent employee morale, because most people enjoy who they work with good relationships with individuals opportunities for promotion

Cons

unprofessional staff, all the way up to management biased management and HR complaints are not taken seriously horrible pay reports of abuse and mistreatment are not always taken seriously quick employee turnover, i'm guessing due to burnout
