People genuinely like working there. The company fosters a family atmosphere. And everyone pulls together to get the job done.

No real con's that I encountered.

Pros

The work is definitely rewarding, but the pay and the amount of harm that can come to you is definitely not worth it.

Cons

Can get hurt. high stress situations almost all of the time, poor training and upper management does not have your back when you need them to.
