-Company made a big push over the past year to bring in new leaders. -Autonomy product is good. May has more commercial deployments under its belt than competitors. -Mission-driven to bring greater mobility and accessibility to communities who need it the most. Attracts motivated employees.

Cons

-Work-life balance follows many start-ups with the swings and roundabouts of a fast-growing company. -Fast pace is not for everyone.
