Pros

It's adequate as large law firms go. The salary is good, the training is average, and the exit opportunities are highly dependent on practice group. It won't be around in 30 years.

Cons

The hours are no worse, but certainly no better, than peer law firms. The particular group that I was a part of did not offer great training, but did go out of their way to help me secure another position when I wanted to leave.
