Pros

Great people to work with and learn from. Office culture is very professional and progressive. Great work\life balance and understanding for employees that have situations come up and need personal time or to work out scheduling issues.

Cons

Needs to offer up options for continued learning and personal growth. Not much room for advancement. Raises and bonuses are minimal for non-exempt employees. Current IT situation seems to be very scattered.

Pros

Not a sweatshop, OT compensation, great salary with satisfactory raises, nice environment to work in.

Cons

Company has been downsizing since 2002 with numerous RIFs and stealth layoffs. The staff is constantly looking over its shoulder waiting for the ax to fall. The ax has been very active since 2007. As a paralegal, there was never enough work to keep up the billables.

Pros

Diverse workforce, decent technology, great reputation and good foot in the door. Great place to learn about legal industry. Good pay.

Cons

Impossible to advance. Promotions aren't given out. Bonus structure and benefits are not good. CIO is incompetent and only goal is to cut worksforce budget.
