Old-fashioned company, not a good work-life balance.
Some people had hybrid working schedules and some weren't allowed to.
Not a lot of diversity, especially in the executive level, especially at the Allenton location.
Not a lot of growth opportunities.
Some management could use more training on being a leader.
They try to make it a "family" culture, but it definitely did not feel like family, and cultivating loyalty was not a priority.
