Politics and buddy system rule the day, good luck with upward mobility, especially if not a military retiree.

Its an alright place to start but there is little to no progression here.

Pros

You make a decent wage and work with people that are very knowledgable of their job. Sometimes you get oppertunities to travel and work at other company sites worldwide. The job is not very complicated or strenous to complete.

Cons

There is a slim chance of upward growth or pay increase. What you seee is what you will get for a long time. Overtime is hard to come by only ever blue moon you may get an oppertunity to work overtime. There are no bonus or incentives at this company either. The company is very stingy on giving you a company uniform.
