Pros

There is growth happening and room for improvement and adjustments. It's a positive if you are looking to move within a company that has great projects and clients across 9 offices.

Cons

You have to be able to pivot and understand that changes are good and we work through them as a company.

Pros

McAdams (like many companies) puts a lot of emphasis on employee culture and family balance. I have never worked at a company that shows how much they care as much as McAdams does.

Cons

I’ve had no bad experiences here so far.

Great for Extraverts, Horrible for Introverts

Pros

McAdams puts a great deal of effort into image and company culture. There are many opportunities to socialize with coworkers, and it has a collaborative environment. For the right people, this is genuinely fun.

Cons

This is heck for introverts. Failure to consider that technical roles and engineers are often introverted personality types. I felt like I was being graded on a social performance, and not my ability to produce good work.
