      Decent Pay, decent benefits, all orthopedic cases

      Cons

      Limited to ten hour shifts, cases start early, run late, no lunch breaks, not enough staff to help with draping and getting cases started, have to pull all of your own supplies for the day, nobody to pull carts.

      Laid back nice environment love my manager he was so understanding and helpful

      Cons

      Some of the managers were not good not very approachable discrimination was one thing that I felt in the 1st department I was in.
