      Pros

      Working at McCarthy was one of the most enjoyable jobs of my career. The employees are like big family and treat you with respect. The employee owned culture and benefits are second to none. If you are willing to work hard and long hours, you will be given lots of opportunities to move up.

      Work at great, complex and fast pace projects. You will be able to work with amazing partners, truly construction workers. You will be very proud of your work at the end of the day. I expanded and strengthen my skills and knowledge about construction and the software I use to support our teams.
