      Pros

      As an intern you get a well rounded experience that will teach you many things about what a PE does. You pick up many of the tasks and get a head start on experience.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say about this experience with a great company.

      Pros

      Great company to work for if you are willing to work hard and put in the long hours. The people are great and really buy into being a safe company.

      Cons

      You work long hours and you can be relocated at a moments notice. The project managers don't really help coach you into advancement unless you go the extra mile and push them to do it.

      Pros

      McCarthy offers excellent opportunities to those who seek them. If you work hard, take the initiative, and prove you care about the success of a project, then you can do anything at this company.

      Cons

      The worst part about working with a national firm is relocating. However this is what you sign up for, so you make the best of living in a town you never dreamed about and get your work done so you can move to the next one.
