Pros
They are one of the best companies to work for because they care about you as a employee of the company, not just another person on the payroll. McCarthy is also a very safe company to work for. They will rather have you have the correct tool for the task at hand than mickey mouse the project you are working on. McCarthy generally does not push you to your limit physically because of the risk of you being injured. If it takes four employees to lift something, then thats what it takes. It is a overall better company to work for than any other company in the area.
