Healthy culture and family like environment. Very fair pay. Easy to take PTO when needed. Management hears out all ideas and gives you opportunity and funds to pursue ideas.

Good Health Benefits Decent Pay - if you don't consider your work hours Free shirts to help build morale Good career opportunities if you start with them when you are young, not for mid-career people

Cons

--"Superintendent's" 2-3 years from college have little to no construction experience. When problems are encountered they lack the experience to offer solutions. Only exception is self perform carpenter Supt's. They don't let those college dummies run those crews because they actually need to produce. --LOOOOOOONNNGGGGG hours, because we're behind schedule, our subs suck blah blah blah --Lazy tennis shoe wearing, only leave the trailer to the gut truck, earbud wearing, look at me, project engineers
