ESOP, Healthy work culture, locations throughout the U.S.
Cons
Poor work life/balance. McCarthy sells that the ESOP is the reason they can pay you a lower salary. There is poor leadership growth, with little or no goals/path set to successfully climb within the company . Company prides itself on training individuals but its primarily geared toward office staff. Many of the senior employees display poor ethics and do not convey the morals, values and culture that McCarthy is attempting to create.
