You don't get paid like you're supposed to everyone's considered a labor and you fight for your job on a daily basis being thrown under the bus multiple times but fellow employees supervisors managers and your other nine corporate heads over your shoulders.

The recruiting and interview process is highly disorganized and lacks basic communication standards. After investing significant time in multiple interview stages, including lengthy conversations and assessments, there was little to no follow-up or closure provided. Timelines were unclear, feedback was inconsistent, and communication ultimately stopped without explanation. Roles remained posted or reposted despite candidates being told they were strong or top applicants, which created confusion and frustration. The interview process felt unstructured, with overlapping conversations that did not appear aligned on expectations or next steps. This made it difficult to understand whether the organization was actively hiring or simply “testing the market.”
