McCarthy Building reviews

Central employees think they're hot sh*t and have toxic attitudes. It always seems like a rat race to push your coworkers down in order to make yourself look better. Extremely poor training and onboarding processes (AKA none) which can lead to new college grads left demoralized and confused. McCarthy says they're all about development until it actually comes time to develop someone. PEs here are treated like idiots. McCarthy will work you like a dog. Expect 55-60 hour weeks at a minimum.
