      Pros

      Over past few years, the company has replaced the CEO and CFO. These were positive steps the company has made. He likes YES men/women around him, not those who aren't afraid of sharing their perspective on strategies.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, a few other members of the Executive team (namely the President, COO) is seen as scheming and vindictive. Don't get on his bad side, because you will never get off.

      - Having coworkers that you can rely on to get tasks taken care of. Most people I've worked with have been able to pull their weight. -Work flexibility when it comes to family obligations. There are times where I need to leave work early in order to attend family events or pick my child up from school -Responsibility. If you are looking to take on more and you can prove that you're doing good with your current tasks, you can take on as much responsibility as you're capable of

      Cons

      -The hours are long, but in this industry, this is pretty common. -Base salary has something to be desired, but the ESOP is where the value is really at
