They will come off as very family focused in the job interview, and the Tysons store itself will seem very "chill" in your first few days, but rest assured this place is as political as it comes. I read the review from the prior manager and should have taken it seriously.
They will use every minor thing you do against you.
Dont bother trying to go above and beyond and do more than driving because they will not notice it. Dont bother trying to do the right thing because they will eventually say you didn't do it or use it against you.
This is the sort of behavior I expect out of children, not grown adults. If you are worried about COVID I would not work here either as they do not adhere to protocols.
They also wont defend you if you get harassed on a job site.
Do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere. I firmly believe the reason the job pays so well is because they know you will have to put up with too much nonsense there.
If you must take a position there, just do the basics. Dont go above and beyond, the company wont care and they dont deserve it.
